How to book your Trip :

We encourage selecting your trip dates as early as possible since most reservations are booked months in advance. A deposit of US $1.000 per person is required within 10 days of your reservation request and the balance is due in advance of 60 days prior to arrival at the lodge.

Should a cancellation become necessary, The Zancudo Lodge must be notified (via phoning 011-506-2776-0008 or (1-800-854-8791), at least 60 days prior to your trip date. A full refund less US $350 service fee will be credited. If you cancel 60 days prior to your trip date, your US $1.000 deposit will be forfeited. There are no refunds for any no shows or cancellations within 60 days of your trip date.
